Peace Public School, Vengara, is established and promoted by New Age Educational Trust which is a registered trust under Indian Trust Act. It is located on a beautiful campus measuring 7.75 acres of land situated in a serene and picturesque ambience, 4 km away from Vengara and 10 km away from Malappuram. The school now is housed in a modern four storied building with the best of amenities required for a school.
A sprawling auditorium on the school campus caters to the needs of conducting various programmes and functions, both academic and extra-curricular. The library, composite Science lab, Math Lab and computer lab are sufficiently equipped with modern amenities. A vast play ground provides a platform for sports and games activities of the students in the campus itself. A canteen with sufficient facilities is also functional for the students and teachers. The school is proud to have very committed and sincere 42 well qualified teachers and sufficient number of administrative and other supporting staff.
The school is headed by Mr. Abbas Mappilar Kunnummal, a trained post graduate in Functional English and English Literature who has been into the field of imparting quality education over 15 years in India and Qatar. He has also qualified the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) Certificate.
Secured transport of the students is taken care by a fleet of 16 buses and vans. We are also grooming our students for participating in various academic competitions such as Quiz Programmes, debates, exhibitions etc. and also training them in various sports and games. Our students have been participating in various competitions including sports, games, quiz programmes, debates conducted by various organizations and agencies and have been bringing laurels to the schools.
The Trust was established with a vision and mission to uplift the backward and under privileged strata of the society, irrespective of religion, caste, colour, sex or creed through high class education with emphasis on promoting academic excellence and leadership qualities, at the same time, inculcating the values of our cultural heritage.
The Trust has the objectives of providing services for the social, cultural, and economical development of the society. The Trust is established and chaired by Mr. Faisal Tharammal, a popular scholar and educationist. His involvement in various social, cultural and educational activities are well acclaimed.
